Join us for our 2nd Annual Cooking for Caring Day!

Shift 1: Sunday 10 AM–Noon (Appropriate for young families.)
Shift 2: Sunday 12:30–2:30 PM 
Shift 3: Sunday 3–5:00 PM
Shift 4: Monday 6–8 PM (We’ll pack and freeze the food made the day before.)

Planned activities include:
• Making 50 paper bag lunches for the homeless with caring notes and cards.
• Making soup that will be used for our monthly East End Cooperative Ministry dinners.
• Filling our caring freezer so that we have food to give our congregants who have a new baby, are coming home from the hospital, have a chronic illness, or are struggling to make ends meet.
• Baking yummy treats for our Shabbat onegs.

We will also collect full-sized containers of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash to 
deliver to Light of Life along with the sack lunches.
